Lauren Darrah MS, RD, LD

Lauren Darrah, MS, RD, LD, holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and a master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, and sensory sciences from Kansas State University. She completed her dietetic internship through Kansas State University at the Riley County WIC Clinic, USD 383 Child Nutrition Services, and Stormont Vail Health, which gave her more than 1, 000 hours of hands-on learning experience helping patients improve their health outcomes. As a Hy-Vee dietitian, Lauren is passionate about making a positive impact on her clients. She aims to provide realistic, empathetic, personable and science-based strategies in those she works with. Lauren is dedicated to helping her clients achieve long-term success.
